The Montgomery Co. Soil & Water Conservation District is now accepting applications for conservation best management practices that address water quality.  Following a site visit for eligibility and approval, applicants will receive up to 85% cost reimbursement.  Applications are accepted continuously and are first come first serve.  DO NOT WAIT TO APPLY FOR ASSISTANCE.   Contact Nancy for more information/turn in an FY 2022 APPLICATION, 931-368-0252 x 3.  Eligible practices include:

• cross fencing (interior only, rotational grazing)
• watering facility
• heavy use area
• pipeline
• feed pad
• grassed waterways (erosion control)
• stream crossings
• grade stabilization structures
• streambank stabilization
• cover crops
