A beautiful day for a tree giveaway! Couldn’t have asked for better weather in Clarksville for the Conservation District & USDA Earth Team Volunteers as they handed off more than 40 handmade birdhouses and delivered 250 free flowering dogwood and persimmon trees!

Thanks for the help USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, we were out by 10am!  Also a big thank you to the Five Rivers Resource Conservation & Development Council and Orgain Building Supply in Clarksville for funding supplies for the birdhouses.

DID YOU MISS IT? We’re restocking the birdhouses TODAY! SWING BY OUR OFFICE THIS WEEK FOR MORE BIRDHOUSES (courtesy of Montgomery’s FFA)!!  These will be first come first serve, donation only.  All funding goes back to the FFA chapters that created the birdhouses.  Come on out and support Montgomery’s students!
